1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Duedle mobile app and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use Duedle

Duedle is designed for parents or legal guardians to manage tasks and schedules for their families. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children may use the app only after a parent or guardian invites or links them, and the parent/guardian remains responsible for activity under the account.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial family use, subject to these terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (tasks, schedules, notes). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions and billing

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscription pricing and terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Your Apple ID or Google account will be charged at confirmation of purchase.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app (Settings -> Danger zone -> Delete account) or by contacting us. See the details at duedle.com/delete-account.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service or attempt to access it unlawfully.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app.
• Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

9. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, payment processing or analytics). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duedle and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
